Why does it take so long to receive a Raspberry Field product?
This is a very simple question to answer. We make each customer's order individually, whether it is from one person or a large organization. All of our work is custom and designed to fit our client's needs. When we receive your order, we:
By making our products ourselves, in our own workrooms, we feel we provide the very best quality and service to our customers as opposed to sending out a pre-fab design to a work shop out of country and letting someone else create our products for quick sale and impersonal service. It takes us longer, but we think we do the best job in the long run.
Every year, our business gets more busy, which is a good thing, and we have now cajoled several of our family members into helping us make our product and run our office. The Raspberry Field is 100% family run, including our various family dogs, who happily take up floor space and render puppy love whenever one of us needs a Therapy Dog break.
When we receive your order, we date it and place it in line. Our service is "First Come, First Serve", so that we can be fair to everyone. Normally, we make our promised delivery dates and, often, we beat them.
So, while you are waiting patiently for your Raspberry Field product to arrive, please keep in mind that it is being crafted with attention to detail and lots of appreciation for our customer's continued support.

The Raspberry Field
- Create an invoice and post your payment.
- Hand cut each product.
- If you ordered an embroidered product, we use our special design software to create the design and prepare it for use in our professional embroidery machines.
- Assemble each product, adding any extras you might have ordered, such as I.D. Holders, Reflective Tape, etc.
- Package and ship your product to you.
